To complete all exchanges, please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number. We will send you instructions on how to send your order back for an exchange.
Please note: In order to exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days has passed since your order has been delivered we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
Items that cannot be returned/ exchanged:
Intimate Items (underwear, swimsuits, etc.)
Clearance Items (all clearance items are final sale)
There will be no exchange if:
Item is not in its original condition.
Item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Once item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will process your new order within 3-5 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the error was not on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
